Terms of service
If you want an audio restoration of an old vinyl or tape record (we offer one free restoration per person, limited to 4 minutes of audio), you can either upload a high quality audio file of this record* or send us by tracked mail the original record (we're located in Europe) which will be sent back to you within 7 days if you have previously paid us the return postage**.
All our restorations include a full remastering, with, if necessary : a fine click removal (vinyl records), a respectful hiss removal (tape records), dual channel adjustment on mono recordings, 50 or 60 Hz removal, respectful noise reduction, complementary manual waveform corrections, spectrum analysis & high quality equalization, and finally a -16LUFS to -23LUFS normalization.
When contacting us, please tell us which level of restoration you would like (the free restoration being limited to the 1st level) :
- Level 1 : Normal restoration (up to 15 added manual waveform corrections per 5 minutes of audio) :
Price including remastering : One LP/50min = €40/US$48 - One 7"/20min = €20/US$24.
- Level 2 : High quality restoration (up to 50 added manual waveform corrections per 5 minutes of audio) :
Price including remastering : One LP/50min = €120/US$144 - One 7"/20min = €60/US$72.
- Level 3 : Very high quality (up to 100 added manual waveform corrections per 5 minutes of audio) :
Price including remastering : One LP/50min = €200/US$238 - One 7"/20min = €100/US$119.
If the required level of restoration is lower than the requested one, we will only invoice the lower level.
Please keep in mind that the restored sound of very scratchy and noisy records will certainly be much better but won't be perfect, noises will probably remain.
Once the restoration has been made, you can choose to get it either :
- Online with downloading the 48 Khz 24 bit Flac files and/or the Flac+Cue 44.1 Khz 16 bit audio CD files.
- By mail on an audio CD-R (44.1 Khz 16 bit CD-R) or on a data CD-R (48 Khz 24 bit Flac)***
- If desired we can send you the CD-R in a jewel case with artwork for an extra €4.00/US$4.80.

* The audio file must be a 48 Khz 24 bit stereo high quality direct player-to-digital-recorder with extension FLAC, APE or any other lossless compressed audio format. The mono records must absolutely be recorded in STEREO. Copyrighted material does require a proof that you are the owner of the record, in that case you will have to upload a high resolution photo or scan of its front & back cover.

High valued collector items may also be sent back insured at your demand, please ask for the price.

To the world incl. EU, USA & Canada : without jewel box : €2.60/US$3.10 - with jewel box : €6.50/US$7.70
We do our best to deliver high quality audio restorations, however if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us : Claims must be submitted within thirty days following the delivery of the audio restoration. Without claims your audio files will be deleted from our system forty days after the delivery of the audio restoration.
